2. The accused/petitioner is named in the FIR and apprehending her arrest in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No.11 of 2026 registered under Sections 316(2), 318 (4) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (in short 'BNS').

3. As per FIR, the accused persons including petitioner was running a private company M/s Washing Express Raundella Laundromat Pvt. Ltd., where informant alleged to invest Rs. 5.9 lakh but was cheated as no return was made to him. It is alleged that one Anand Kishore

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46509 of 2026(2) dt.29-07-2026 2/3 invested Rs. 31 lakh, one Ranjeet Kumar sinha/Seema Kumari invested Rs. 26 lakh 40 thousand and one Firoj Ahmad invested Rs. 50 lakh

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is not the office bearer of the company, where informant made his investment along with other persons. It is submitted that as son-in-law is the director of the company, therefore out of oblique motive entire family members including this petitioner was implicated. It is submitted that in the same transactions, petitioner being mother-in-law implicated with 2 more criminal cases which was registered as Gandhi Maidan P.S Case No. 52 of 2026 and Patliputra P.S Case No. 68 of 2026.

5. Learned APP while opposing the prayer of bail submitted that petitioner was specifically alleged to act in connivance of other co-accused persons.

6. In view of aforesaid factual submissions and by taking note of fact as the matter is primarily related with monetary dispute arising out of admitted investment with

No.46509 of 2026(2) dt.29-07-2026 3/3 the company, where son-in-law of the petitioner was director, accordingly, petitioner above-named, who is a lady, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No.11 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
