Petitioner along with three others, while traveling over a motorcycle, were apprehended by the police and during course of search, from the possession of Anshuman Kumar who was driving the motorcycle, a loaded country made pistil, live cartridges, cash, two PAN cards, 2 ATMs, I-Card, Adhar, mobile, driving license etc. were recovered. From the possession of Rishu Kumar, cash, Adhar Card, PAN cards were seized, while from the possession of petitioner, one Nokia mobile set and from the possession of Ravi Kumar one mobile was recovered. Furthermore, the aforesaid vehicle has been found stolen one. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedents and is under custody since 22.11.2017, whereupon, petitioner, Chandan Kumar
