No.16853 of 2018 has been filed for transfer of Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No.316 of 2017, under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 filed by opposite party no.2, from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur to Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to convert this application into MJC application with correct provision of law. Cr. Misc. No.60483 of 2017 has been filed for transfer of Mahila P.S. Case No.27 of 2017 to the competent jurisdiction of Civil Court, Patna as she is residing at her parentage house situated within the jurisdiction of Patna Civil Court, Patna.
