The petitioner who is an Assistant Teacher has filed this writ petition for grant of matric trained pay scale on and from 19.07.2012 in terms of order dated 11.10.2018 issued by the District Education Officer, Gopalganj (annexure-P/2 to the writ petition) which is an order passed pursuant to a direction of this Court in CWJC No. 6139 of 2007, which order has received the approval of the LPA Court in LPA No. 756 of 2015.

3. The entitlement of the petitioner for matric trained pay scale on an from 19.07.2012 as per the order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.11638 of 2025(2) dt.23-07-2025 2/2 11.10.2018 issued by the District Education Officer, Gopalganj has not been disputed by the learned counsel representing the respondents.

4. Since the entitlement of the petitioner to be paid matric trained pay scale on and from 19.07.2012 in terms of order dated 11.10.2018 issued by the District Education Officer, Gopalganj has not been disputed by the learned government advocate, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with a direction to the respondents to pay the petitioner matric trained pay scale from 19.07.2012 as per the order dated 11.10.2018 issued by the District Education Officer, Gopalganj vide Memo No. 2381 (annexure-P/2 to the writ petition).

5. The writ petition stands disposed off with the above direction.
