ii. For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and issue no due certificate to the petitioner after accepting his due in view of order dated 21.8.2021 and also to restore his electric connection.

iii. For a direction or issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of Quo Warrant requiring the respondent authorities to show as to what has been done by them in the light of the order dated 21.08.2021 passed under Bihar Public Grievances redressal Right Act by the Sub-Divisional Public Grievances Office, Bettiah, West Champaran and why petitioner's grievance has not been dealt within the reasonable time and his dues cleared by accepting his payment and issuing no dues certificate to the petitioner. iv. For a direction to respondents to make necessary arrangement to correct the situation regarding the bill and the electricity connection to the petitioner's mill and to restore the electricity. v. And for any other reliefs for which to petitioners be found entitled in the eye of law." Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
