It appears that one accused person is not appearing and the case is fixed for appearance of the said accused person.

In such view of the matter, S.P. Aurangabad is directed to ensure the appearance of the accused in the trial court within a period of one month, as non bailable warrant has already been issued against him.

Thereafter, the trial court shall expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously.
