Patna High Court MJC No.2123 of 2025(2) dt.19-06-2026 2/2 ORAL ORDER 19-06-2026 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 has already been passed by the Circle Officer, Chakia, District- East Champaran in Encroachment Case No.09 of 2022-2023 and the encroachment has also been removed.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Chakia, District- East Champaran, in case any encroachment is still subsisting. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The petition stands disposed of.
