JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-04-2018 Petitioner is granted liberty to file fresh representation before the District Programme Officer wherein he may place the relevant records showing the utilization of the fund allocated by the State Government for construction in the school.
In case, such representation is filed by the petitioner enclosing the relevant document, the District Programme Officer shall examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a maximum period of sixty days
Patna High Court CWJC No.7879 of 2016(2) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and thereafter, raise fresh demand for depositing by the petitioner in case on measurement it is found that the petitioner has not competed the construction to the tune of amount allocated by the State Government.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
