The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per allegation, 160 liters Jharkhand made liquor have been recovered from the dickey of a vehicle. Petitioner claims his antecedent to be clean and he is in custody since 26.04.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.DJ.-V,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32391 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2 / 2 Munger in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.141/2017. Further, if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bond.
