The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 341, 323, 324, 295(A), 298, 307, 354(A), 153, 290, 379, 160 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assault upon the informant by the accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that both parties have sustained injuries as alleged in separate occurrence and the occurrence took place

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54919 of 2021(2) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 during Holi festival and there is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 141 of 2021/G.R. No.1080 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
