JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-07-2023 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted permission to mention the date of custody of the petitioner in the present bail petition. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2023 in connection with Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 28/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/ 504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, for unloading from pickup van on the road, marpit took place.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a labour and he is in custody since 23.03.2023. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 28/2022.
