2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 109,376,506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner on the false promise of marriage established physical relation with the informant and after sometime refused to marry. Victim in her 164 Cr.P.C. statement has supported the prosecution case.

4. Considering 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim and the nature of accusation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
