2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Darbhanga GRPS (Rail P.S.) Jaynagar Case No. 29 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Section 370 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 79 of the Juvenile Justice Act in which charge-sheet was submitted and cognizance was taken under Section 3/14 of the Child Labour Act.

3. As per allegation, on the tip off, the informant along with police personnel reached the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner along with three minor girls. Upon enquiry about their friendship despite being from different country, the two Nepali girls had disclosed that Mala Kumari was taking them to Delhi.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

He has further submitted that except the fact that the petitioner was going to Delhi along with two minor girls, there is nothing against her. He has also submitted that the purpose of going to Delhi along with minor girls has also not been mentioned in the FIR. He has next submitted that she is a lady of clean antecedent and is under custody since 22.02.2024.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Samastipur in connection with Darbhanga GRPS (Rail P.S.) Jaynagar Case No. 29 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
