In this case, the petitioner has refused to grant the A.C.P. on account that he has not cleared the first and second final accounts examination.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already crossed 50 years of age and he was filed the application for exemption from appearing in the examination (Annexure-2 to this writ application), claiming that he should be given the benefit of exemption.

For convenience, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh application, giving full details of the fact. If such an application is filed, the respondent-authority will consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such application. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
