2. On behalf of the University, a counter affidavit has been filed, in which statements have been made with regard to payment to the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance with regard to leave encashment and other amount has been paid to the petitioner, as per averment made in the counter affidavit and the documents enclosed thereto. He submits that only grievance,

4. In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise a grievance as to nonpayment of provident fund before the University. In case, such representation is filed by the petitioner within a period of one month from today, the respondent University is directed to examine the claim of the petitioner with regard to payment of provident fund. The University is required to decide the claim of the petitioner within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of filing of such representation along with a copy of this order and ensure payment of provident fund amount within a further period of 30 days from the date of such decision along with statutory interest whatever is available.
