Mr. Ajit ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 28-01-2022 The matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19 pandemic.
2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "1. That petitioner invokes the writ jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court for direction/ directions, order/ orders, relief/ reliefs for the following:
I. For payment of admitted dues amount tot he petitioner with regard to salary (employment allowance) of month October to 14 november, for the period petitioner has worked as Honorarium after the retirement under
Patna High Court CWJC No.2648 of 2021 dt.28-01-2022 2/2 District Provident Fund officer, At provident office Rohtas, (Sasaram) with penal interest.
II.
For payment of compensation amount due to Deliberately harashment of petitioner (Senior citizen) mentally, physically and economically by the respondents concerned.
III. For which petitioner is entitled for."
3. In support of the aforesaid relief, petitioner is stated to have submitted representation and it is pending consideration before the concerned respondent.
4. Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to examine service particulars of the petitioner along with the relevant rules as to whether petitioner is entitled to relief sought in the present petition read with the submission made in the representation or not? In this regard, necessary speaking order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order .
5. With the above observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
