2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent authority not to charge for electricity during the period 08.03.2013 to 08.04.2014 as no electricity was supplied due to the electric transformer having burnt.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, fairly accepts that the dispute may be raised before the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum constituted under Section 42(5) of the Electricity Act, 2003.
4. In above view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Consumer
