2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking direction to the respondent authorities to grant monetary compensation of Rs. 40,00,000/- to the petitioner for custodial death of her husband.

3. The petitioner should have pursued remedy before the Bihar Human Rights Commission as factual questions are involved in the present case.
