Referring Annexure-15 dated 26.09.2016, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been substantially redressed, however, he submits that there are materials to indicate that petitioner is entitled to regularisation of his services from the date 28.02.1982 as such he may be granted liberty to approach the competent authority for redressal of his grievance for

3. Liberty is granted. The writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority for redressal of his grievance with regard to revision of the date of regularisation. If petitioner files representation along with a copy of this order, the respondents will decide the same expeditiously preferably within four months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.
