JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-07-2018 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to efflux of time the application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure challenging the order of cognizance dated 02.05.1992/06.03.2003 and the order of commitment dated 23.03.2017 passed in Hajipur (T) P.S. Case No.299 of 1984 corresponding to G.R. No.1826 of 1984 has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made above, this application is dismissed as infructuous.
