2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection Chakia P.S. Case No. 105 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Act.

4. As per the prosecution case the petitioner and other co-accused have committed dacoiti.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. He is innocent and

6. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail of the petitioner by contending that the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are five similar cases which are already pending against the petitioner.

7. The cases which are pending against the petitioner are as follows:- i. Kesariya P.S. Case No. 148 of 2011.

ii. Chakia P.S. Case No. 327 of 2018.

iii. Motipur P.S. Case No. 39 of 2020.

iv. Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 222 of 2021.

v. Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 321 of 2021.

8. Considering the serious allegations which are levelled against the petitioner and also considering the criminal antecedents as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

9. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

10. The District Judge, Muzaffarpur and the District Judge, East Champaran are directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner in all the cases pending against him.
