In view of the order passed by the Division Bench in LPA No. 1347 of 2014 dated 8.7.2015, the order dated 10.1.2014 (Annexure-9) cannot sustain and is accordingly quashed. However, the quashing of the order will not entitle the petitioner consequential relief and the claim of the petitioner for consequential relief will be taken by the respondents after
Patna High Court CWJC No.19977 of 2014(7) dt.09-10-2018 2/2 verification of the certificate issued by the Navbharat Shiksha Parishad, Orissa. The entire exercise for verification of the certificate must be completed within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and based on resolution of verification, the petitioner will be considered for grant of continuity in service and for grant of benefits. With the aforesaid, the writ application is allowed to the extent mentioned above.
