2. It is submitted that as per the affidavit earlier filed, substantial payment has already been made and further that copy of the counter was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 22.08.2017 without there being any rejoinder to the same.

3. From the records, the Court finds that even on the last occasion, on 12.04.2018, nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and only learned counsel for the State was present.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court can only
