This writ application has been filed for following reliefs:- "(i) For a direction to the concerned respondents to transfer the petitioner from his original joining school i.e. Elevated Middle School, Keshopur to any other schools under Paliganj Niyojan Unit of Patna district so that he may be able to render his service in congenial environment to the satisfaction of public at large. (ii) For a direction to the respondents to clear all the consequential benefits against the service rendered by the petitioner till now and the same

Patna High Court CWJC No.10181 of 2023(2) dt.04-12-2024 2/2 has been withheld arbitrarily by the authorities ignoring the policy and norms of the department. (iii) For a direction to the respondents to punish the erring officials due to whom the petitioner is constrained to seek the remedy of transfer herein.

(iv) For any other relief/reliefs, as may deem fit and proper."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation annexing relevant documents before the concerned respondent within a period of four weeks from today.

4. If such representation is filed within stipulated time, the concerned respondent(s) shall examine the same and pass a reasoned & speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.

5. With above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
