Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is absent when the petition is taken up for further hearing today.

Considering the fact that the matter is of the year 2014 and the advertisement inviting application for appointment of Anganwari Sevika was issued as far back as in the year 2012 and even the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also does not seems to be very much interested in prosecuting the present petition, hence the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
