2. State counsel accepts notice for the respondents.
3. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:
"i. For issuance of appropriate writ(s) thereby commanding upon the respondents to complete the selection procedure of Aanganwadi Sevika at Vill-Dhasna, ward number 13, Panchayat - Alampur Simri, centre number 297, Block + Police station - Aurai Muzaffarpur and to consider the petitioners case on the post of Aanganwadi Sevika in the state
Patna High Court CWJC No.2547 of 2021 dt.28-01-2022 2/2 panchayat as she is only The eligible candidate in the merit list prepared by the respondents.
ii. For further issuance of appropriate writ (s) to grant all the consequential relief rising thereto. iii. For grant of any other relief(s) which the petitioner may be entitled to the facts and circumstances of the case."

Selecting and appointing authority to the post of Aanganwadi Sevika at Vill-Dhasna, Ward Number 13, Panchayat - Alampur Simri, Centre Number 297, Block + Police station - Aurai Muzaffarpur, is hereby directed to conclude the process of selection and appointment to the post of Aanganwadi Sevika, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. If there is any hurdle in filling up of post of the Aanganwadi Sevika for the aforesaid Ward, necessary speaking order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner.
