1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case is covered by the judgment dated 13.11.2024 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 16104 of 2024 (Surya Deo Paswan v. The State of Bihar and others). Accordingly, he makes a prayer to dispose this writ application in terms of the order dated 13.11.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16104 of 2024.
