Petitioner seeks bail in K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No.532 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been remanded in this case on 29.12.2018 from Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No.638 of 2018.

Counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Name of the petitioner has come during investigation in the confessional statement of Kanhaiya Sah.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No.532 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
