S. Case No. 147 of 2017 instituted under Sections 147, 323, 504, 353, 506, 307 and 189 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(R)(S) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2.

I have perused the first information report as contained in Annexure-1 to the instant application.

The allegations made therein do attract the ingredients of cognizable offences punishable under the Penal Code as also the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56079 of 2017 dt.27-07-2018 2/2 Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

In that view of the matter, I see no merit in this application. It is dismissed, accordingly.
