Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has now cleared compartmental examination and as

Considering the fact that the petitioner has now cleared the compartmental examination, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-Director, Primary Education, who shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law on the representation filed by the petitioner within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
