The petitioners herein who are stated to be the daily wagers working under the jurisdiction of the Civil Surgeon, Kaimur at Bhabhua complain for non-payment of their honorarium at the rate

Patna High Court CWJC No.711 of 2016 dt.10-04-2018 of Rs.7500/- per month since after December, 2013 until the filing of the writ petition.

Although a prayer is made by Mr. Kameshwar Prasad Gupta, learned Government Pleader No.10 for time but considering the nature of the grievance raised, I deem it proper to dispose of the writ petition itself with a direction to the Civil Surgeon, Kaimur at Bhabhua to consider the grievance of the petitioners so raised herein and dispose of the same by speaking order to be passed within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this judgment.

It goes without saying that whatsoever amount is found legally admissible to the petitioners, should be paid to them within the same period as stipulated above.
