2. This application has been filed for cancellation of regular bail allowed to opposite party no.2 vide order dated 25.2.2022, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 38349/2021.

3. Petitioner has sought cancellation of bail on the ground that this Court had allowed him bail on the ground that he (opposite party no.2) was ready to marry and keep the victim ( petitioner) with him with honour and safety. However, he had denied to marry her.

4. This Court, while allowing regular bail to opposite party no.2, apart from the aforesaid fact, had also considered the fact that the victim is 18 years old and no sign of rape was found

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47915 of 2023(2) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 by the doctor and undertaking of opposite party no.2 to keep the petitioner with care and honour was merely his submission.

5. Thus I do not find any merit in the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner. This cancellation petition is dismissed.
