The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

Allegation is that the petitioner fired upon the uncle of the informant with an intention to kill, but fortunately he saved his life.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is a case and counter case between the parties. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Pasraha P.S. case No.38 of 2019, G.R. No.657 of 2019.
