It is submitted that on account of inadvertence, in the bail petition, bearing Cr. Misc. No. 49344 of 2021, the alias name of the father of the petitioner as Vishwanath Mahto @ Shivnath Mahto could not be mentioned, as such, in the order dated 19.07.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49344 of 2021, the name of the father of the petitioner has been mentioned, only as Vishnath Mahto.

In view of the aforesaid submission, in the order dated 19.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49344 of 2021, the name of the father of the petitioner be read as Vishnath Mahto @
