This petition has been filed for restoration of M.A. no. 253/2014 which stood dismissed due to noncompliance of the order of this court. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that information regarding order of this court could not be communicated to the appellant as a result whereof proper pairvi could not be made. However if four weeks' time after restoration of M.A. no. 253/2014 is granted the order of this court shall be complied with. In view the aforesaid submissions, this restoration petition stands disposed of ordering that M.A. no. 253/2014 be restored to its original file and number. However, it is made clear that within six weeks' from today, if previous order of the court is not

Patna High Court MJC No.1622 of 2016 (4) dt.31-01-2018 complied, M.A. no. 253/2014 shall be deemed to be dismissed for non-prosecution.
