Binita Singh, learned SC-28 appearing on behalf of the respondent.

2. The counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 4 is directed to be kept on record.

3. The District Programme Officer Establishment, Jamui who is present in the Court admits that petitioner, who is a widow of Late Panchdeo Singh, is entitled for interest on account of delay in making payment of retiral dues from date the same was due to be paid.

4. The District Programme Officer Establishment has undertaken before this Court that he will ensure to make payment of dues, amount of interest and any retiral dues which still remains to be paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks. He has further admitted that he will himself endeavor to visit the house of the petitioner or he well send a responsible officer, if required, in case of the petitioner, who is a poor lady.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
