No. 5 submits that in compliance with the order of writ court reasoned order has already been passed. Meaning thereby, that order of writ court has already been complied. Sri Ajay Kumar Thakur No. 2, learned counsel for the petitioner in view of show- cause filed by opposite party no. 3 requests for disposal of the present petition granting liberty to the petitioner to assail the impugned order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing this petition since petitioner may challenge the order issued by the authority concerned.
