The petitioner is in custody in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 125 of 2019 (G.R. No. 2579/2019) for the offenses under Sections 20/21 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 4 kgs of Ganja was seized from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, and the quantity of Ganja recovered, the Court is
