Following relief has been sought for in the present writ application on behalf of the petitioner:

"(a) For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions in the nature of mandamus seeking direction to respondent authorities to accept the joining of the petitioner as Tola Sevak at Uththaan Centre in Government Middle School Sunaul Sultan in Purnahiya block of districtSheohar after approving his appointment made by the concerned Selection/Monitoring Committee in the year

Patna High Court CWJC No.16535 of 2016 (3) dt.09-08-2018 2015 itself in terms of guidelines.

On behalf of the petitioner it has been submitted that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order dated 12-102017 passed in CWJC No. 16149 of 2016. The District Education Officer, Sheohar (respondent No. 6) is directed to examine the case of the petitioner in the light of the order referred above and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
