The present Writ application has been filed for execution/implementation of the order dated 22.11.2012 passed by respondent no. 3, learned Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur in Land Dispute Case No. 41 of 2011, whereby respondent no. 4, Circle Officer, Dalsinghsarai,

Patna High Court CWJC No.6525 of 2015 (2) dt.02-11-2017 2/2 respondent no. 5, Circle Officer, Vidyapati Nagar, Officer-inCharge, Dalsinghsarai and Ghataho Police Station were directed to get the land measured and fix pillars over the land in question. Since there is specific provision under Sections 15 and 15A of the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act, 2009 for execution of the order passed by the competent authority and punishment for obstruction in execution or willful disobedience of non-compliance of the final order, hence the Writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek remedy before appropriate forum.
