Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. appearing for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 262 of 2019/216/2019, arising out of Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 434 of 2018, registered under Sections 304(B)/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56912 of 2019 on merit.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1457 of 2021(2) dt.03-02-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2019.

I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
