Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the victim in her statement, recorded under Section 164 of Code of Criminal Procedure, has categorically stated that she went along with the petitioner out of her own sweet will.
