Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Atri P.S. Case No.238 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 333, 353 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused Chandradeep Yadav @ Chandrajit Prasad has already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 03.11.2021 passed in Cr.Misc.No.3270 of 2021.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.694 of 2021(5) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No.238 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Harish/- U T
