Without adverting to the merit of the case as well as deep scrutiny of the order impugned being in accordance with Section 207 of the Cr.P.C., the apprehension, which the petitioner/ accused has that without having information vigilance, during course of trial, as has been usually seen, produce the documents to the surprise to an accused even though, those documents have got no reference in the chargesheet as submitted in accordance with Section 173 of the Cr.P.C.

It is needless to say that whenever a document is going to be exhibited at the end of the rival parties, information has to be supplied on rival party, as the case may be, so that they
