2. The petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2023 in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 95/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner had obtained employment on the basis of forged certificates.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had got job in the year 1984 and he is 58 years of age. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
