2. This modification application has been filed to modify the order dated 20.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.66070 of 2022.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that two criminal miscellaneous petitions (Cr. Misc. No.66070 of 2022 and Cr. Misc. No.66419 of 2022) arises from the same P.S. case number have been heard together and disposed of by a common order. But, due to inadvertence, in Cr. Misc. No.66070 of 2022, the village and police station of the petitioners had wrongly been typed.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 20.02.2023 is modified to the extent that in Cr. Misc. No.66070 of 2022, the village of the petitioners be read as 'Khatangi' in place of Mahdipur, similarly the Police Station be read as 'Sirdala' in place of Warisaliganj, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) each in the victim compensation fund.

5. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
