Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 131 of 2017 arising out of Bairgania P.S. Case No. 72 of 2011 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 320, 120(b) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of Explosive Substance Act. Informant has alleged that petitioner along with other co-accused persons surrounded and shot dead his son. The trial court in its report dated 20.09.2018 has stated that trial is likely to conclude within two months as such I am not inclined to grant bail to petitioner and same is rejected. (S.
