JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-07-2019 The petitioner has challenged the order dated 08.03.2019 passed by the District Programme Officer, Katihar in Miscellaneous Appeal No. 23 of 2018, whereby the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sevika at the concerned Centre has been cancelled. The petitioner has not exhausted the remedy available to him under the law.

Should such an application be filed before the District Magistrate, Katihar (Respondent No. 5) within a period of four weeks from today, he shall look into the matter, and after affording hearing to the petitioner and other stake-holders, pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of six weeks thereafter. With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
