2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawada Nagar P.S. Case No. 378 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 33, 34 and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

4. As per the prosecution case, One Gopal Kumar died due to consumption of spurious liquor who was purchased from some unknown persons.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one Kaushal Yadav has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 25.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34865 of 2023.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2023.

7. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8. For the reasons mentioned in this Court's order dated 25.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34865 of 2023, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge-1, Nawada in connection with Nawada Nagar P.S. Case No. 378 of 2021. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
