With reference to the show cause filed on behalf of the Opposite Party-South Bihar Power Holding Company Ltd., it has been submitted that the disciplinary authority has cancelled the order of compulsory retirement of the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.338 of 2015 (6) dt.06-12-2017 2/2 and has accepted his joining with effect from 10.11.2014. The petitioner has also superannuated thereafter and the pension of the petitioner is to be paid from the date of retirement on the basis of the salary drawn by him.

In view of the aforementioned submissions, no cause survives in the contempt application. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
